- 1 Oak leaf lettuce
- 250 grams Oyster mushrooms
- 4 Sage
- 1 garlic clove
- 125 grams Bacon (small cubes)
- 1 Tbsp Red wine vinegar
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- peppers (freshly ground)
Preparation steps

Rinse and trim lettuce, spin dry, tear into smaller pieces as needed and arrange on plates. Wipe oyster mushrooms clean with a paper towel, remove stems and slice into smaller pieces as needed. Cut sage leaves into strips. Peel and chop garlic.

Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a pan. Add mushrooms, sage and garlic and sauté briefly. Season with salt and pepper, remove ingredients from pan and place on salad.

To make dressing: Add bacon to the pan and fry briefly. Stir in vinegar and remove from heat. Whisk remaining olive oil with salt and pepper to taste, then stir in bacon. To serve, drizzle bacon dressing over the salad.
