- For the salad
- 200 grams mixed Lettuce (such as oak leaf, Frisée)
- 100 grams raisins
- 2 centiliters Cognac
- 50 grams Pine nuts
- 4 Chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsps sunflower oil
- 150 milliliters white wine
- For the dressing
- ½ tsp ground paprika
- 1 Tbsp coarse-grained Mustard
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 4 Tbsps grapeseed oil
- 2 Tbsps apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsps White vinegar
- salt
- cayenne pepper
Preparation steps

For the salad: Rinse lettuce, spin dry and tear into bite-size pieces.

Soak raisins in brandy for about 10 minutes.

Rinse chicken breasts and pat dry. Season with salt and saute in oil over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, about 4-5 min. Remove and let stand briefly.

For the dressing: Mix paprika, mustard, honey, oil and vinegar, and season with salt and cayenne pepper.

Arrange lettuce in small bowls. Top with raisins and pine nuts. Cut chicken breasts into strips and arrange on the salad. Drizzle dressing over the salads and serve.
