1 Romana Lettuce
50 grams Walnut
50 grams Pine nuts
100 grams Gorgonzola
1 garlic clove
5 Tbsps Walnut oil
3 Tbsps balsamic vinegar

Preparation steps

1.

Remove the stems from the grapes, rinse, pat dry and cut in half, depending on size. Divide the lettuce leaves, rinse, shake dry and tear into bite-sized pieces.

Chop the walnuts and pine nuts. Cut the Gorgonzola into small pieces. Peel and finely chop the garlic.

3.

For the dressing, season the vinegar with salt and pepper and then stir in the oil with a whisk. Mix in the garlic.

4.

Mix the salad ingredients in a bowl and serve drizzled with the salad dressing.
