- 3 lbs Winter Squash (cut into wedges, such as acorn, delicato)
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 Tbsps honey
- thyme (to garnish)

Remove the skin to eat.
Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 200°C / 400°F.

Lay the squash wedges on a baking tray and drizzle with oil. Brush with honey and season with salt and ground black pepper. Roast in the oven for approx. 35 minutes until golden.

Serve garnished with thyme.
