- 1 Roasted Chicken (ready to cook, 1,3 kg)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 500 grams green, seedless Grape
- 8 small shallots
- 2 sprigs Tarragon
- 150 grams whole, peeled almonds
- Fat (for the pan)
- 250 milliliters Chicken broth
- Tarragon (for garnishing)
Preparation steps

Rinse and pat dry chicken, divide into 8 pieces, season with salt and pepper. Rinse and drain grapes. Peel shallots. Rinse and shake dry herbs, pluck off leaves.

Combine grapes with shallots, almonds and herbs, spread half in a greased baking dish. Top with chicken pieces and spread with remaining grape mixture. Add broth to the dish and bake in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 45-50 minutes. Garnish with fresh herb sprigs and serve.
