Roast Beef Rolls with Bread
- For the rolls
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 2 teaspoons Horseradish
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 thin slices Roast beef (cold, 150 grams)
- 2 carrots
- 2 slices Whole Wheat Bread
Mix the cream cheese with horseradish and lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper. Spread the cream cheese mixture on the slices of roast beef.
Rinse the carrots, peel and cut into sticks. Rinse the arugula, shake dry and trim the hard stalks. Place the arugula and carrot sticks over the roast beef slices, roll up and cut in half.
Cut the bread slices into quarters. Place each half of roll over each bread quarter and top with one cape gooseberry. Fix with a toothpick and serve garnished with physalis.
