- 200 grams Rice
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- ½ Vanilla bean
- For the fruit skewers
- 1 large Pear
- 1 sm can Peaches (slices)
- 1 lemon juice
- also
- 250 grams Strawberries
- mint (for garnish)
Preparation steps

Cook the rice in plenty of water with sugar and vanilla pod until soft. Drain the peaches and reserve juice. Halve the peach slices. Rinse the pear, quarter, remove core, cut into 1-1.5 cm thick slices, sprinkle with lemon juice.

Stick peaches and pears alternately on skewers. Brush the strawberries, remove the greens and mash together with the peach juice. Drain the rice well and pour into small bowl. Spread the puree over the rice, Serve garnished with skewers and mint.
