2 chili peppers
2 garlic cloves
1 stalk Leeks
2 Tbsps honey
juice of 1/2 lemons
2 Tbsps Rice vinegar
soy sauce
4 Tbsps vegetable oil

Preparation steps

1.

Cook rice noodles according to package instrucions until al dente.

Rinse and chop chilies.

3.

Peel garlic cloves and finely chop.

4.

Rinse leeks, trim and cut into rings.

5.

Pan-fry leeks in 2 tbsp hot oil until golden brown.

6.

Pan-fry garlic and chile in remaining oil. Add honey, vinegar and lemon juice. Stir in a small amount of water. Season with soy sauce and add drained noodles. Arrange on plates and serve garnished with leeks.
