- 1 cup Crottin de Chavignol (crumbled)
- extra-virgin olive oil
- salt

Preparation steps
1.
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to packet instructions. Drain and toss with a little oil.

Meanwhile thinly slice the courgettes lengthways with a vegetable peeler to make ribbons.
3.
Toss the pasta with the courgettes, ham, cheese and olive oil, then season and serve.
