4 large Oranges (peeled, skin removed, and cut into discs)
2 large Oranges (juiced)
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 Tbsps mint (julienned)
mint (to garnish)

Preparation steps

1.
Place the orange slices, orange juice and mint in a large mixing bowl.
2.
Toss well to combine and then spoon into serving bowls with some of the juice.
3.
Sprinkle the ground cinnamon on top and garnish with mint leaves.
