- 300 grams Broccoli
- 500 grams Cauliflower
- 500 grams green Romano bean
- 4 carrots
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 2 onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 red chili pepper
- 2 tsps freshly grated ginger
- 3 tsps Turmeric
- 1 tsp Curry powder
- 400 milliliters Vegetable broth
- 300 grams Yogurt (low-fat)
- 2 tsps Pastry flour
- 4 Tbsps lemon juice
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- Thai basil (for garnish)
Preparation steps

Rinse and peel cauliflower and broccoli and slice florets into small pieces.

Rinse, clean and cut green beans diagonally into pieces. Blanch broccoli, cauliflower and green beens in separate batches for 3-4 minutes each. Peel and cut carrots into slices. Peel onion and chop finely.
3.
Rinse red chile pepper, halve lengthwise, remove seeds and ribs and cut into rings. Peel garlic and chop finely.
