Ingredients

For serving

½sweet red Apples
¼ piecesRed cabbage (about 200 grams)
¼ teaspoonsBalsamic vinegar
Ice cubes

1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Juicer, 1 Glass, 1 Long-handled spoon

Directions

Display mode:
1 Rinse apples, wipe dry and cut into quarters. 
2 Rinse cabbage and coarsely chop, reserving some thin strips for garnish.
3 Extract juice from apples and chopped cabbage in a juicer. Mix in a serving glass with balsamic vinegar and ice cubes. Garnish with red cabbage strips and serve immediately.
