Preparation steps

Rinse apples, wipe dry and cut into quarters.

Rinse cabbage and coarsely chop, reserving some thin strips for garnish.
3.

Extract juice from apples and chopped cabbage in a juicer. Mix in a serving glass with balsamic vinegar and ice cubes. Garnish with red cabbage strips and serve immediately.
