Ingredients
Radish UFOs
Trim radishes, rinse and cut in half. Use a knife to cut 6 straight halves so that they look like "UFOs". Peel the cucumber piece and cut into 3 thin slices.
Spread all radish halves with cream cheese. Set 1 cracker on each of 3 radishes halves, then place the mating halves of radishes on each and press gently.
Fill remaining radishes in the same manner with the cucumber slices. Arrange radish UFOs with straight cut ends on a plate and serve.
