For the salad
250 grams Radish (with leaves)
2 scallions
400 grams very fresh fish fillets (such as butterfish)
For the sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon Chile oil

Preparation steps

1.

For the dressing: In a bowl, whisk the lime juice with the miring, soy sauce and chili oil. 

2.

For the salad: Rinse the radishes and halve or thinly slice. Rinse the radish leaves. Rinse the scallions and cut into 4-5 cm (approximately 1 1/2-2 inch) pieces.

Rinse the fish, pat dry and cut into thin slices.

4.

For serving: Divide the radishes, radish leaves, green onion and fish between plates. Serve drizzled with the sauce.
