Quick Chicken Pizzas
Cut the chicken into small pieces, season with salt and pepper and sauté in the oil until golden brown. Slice the porcini mushrooms and sauté in the butter with the shallots. Season with salt and pepper. Roll out the pizza dough and cut into small pieces.
Mix the crème fraîche and tomato paste together then spread over the pizza bases. Cover with chicken and mushrooms and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 10-12 minutes. Sprinkle with chives to serve.
