1 sm jar whole button Mushroom (canned)
150 milliliters dry Red wine
1 jar onions (in balsamic vinegar)
1 pkg herbes de Provence (frozen, 25 grams)
1 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsps Sour cream
1 Beef broth (Cube)
1 tsp Mustard
1 can Beef (500 grams)
cayenne pepper
salt
rosemary (for garnishing)
Sour cream (for garnishing)

Preparation steps

Drain mushrooms in a colander.

Heat wine in a saucepan, add mushrooms and onions with marinade, add sour cream with herbs, lemon juice, bouillon cube and mustard, mix well and bring to a boil. Add beef stew and simmer on low heat for about 4-5 minutes. Pour into bowls and top with dollops of sour cream. Garnish with rosemary and serve.
