- 400 grams Tofu
- 1 garlic clove
- ½ bunch mint
- ½ bunch cilantro
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- Light soy sauce (to taste)
- cracked Black pepper (to taste)
- Chili dip (for serving)

Preparation steps
1.
Cut the tofu into 3 cm (approximately 1 inch) cubes. Rinse the mint and cilantro, pat dry and remove the leaves.
2.
Peel and mince the garlic. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan and add the garlic and tofu. Cook the tofu for about 5 minutes, turning often, until browned on all sides. Remove from heat, transfer to a serving dish and season with soy sauce and cracked black pepper to taste. Sprinkle with the mint and cilantro leaves and serve with chili dip.
