Instead of buttermilk, you can also use milk, almond milk, or coconut milk for a more mild flavor and fewer calories.

- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp Nutritional yeast
- 10 ozs Buttermilk
- mint (to garnish)

Preparation steps

Rinse the grapes. Set a few grapes aside for the garnish. Blend the remaining grapes, lemon juice, honey, and yeast flakes.
2.
Gradually mix in the buttermilk. Pour the smoothie into two tall glasses. Serve garnished with grapes and mint leaves.
