Pumpkin Apple Soup with Ginger

1 Cutting board, 1 Peeler, 1 Small knife, 1 Large knife, 1 Small plate, 1 Plastic wrap, 1 eventuell ofenfeste Platter, 1 Wok, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Sieve, 1 Slotted spatula, 1 Meat mallet oder Stieltopf, 1 Non-stick pan
In a medium saucepan, set over medium heat. combine the pumpkin and vegetable stock; cook soft, about 25 to 30 minutes. Remove from heat source and purée.
Ladle into warm soup bowls, season to taste with salt and freshly grated ginger. Stir in the grated apple and garnish with sour cream. Sprinkle with paprika. Serve immediately.
