Prosciutto and Asparagus Toasts
- 20 thin Asparagus (spears)
- 4 Lettuce
- 4 slices Prosciutto
- 4 slices Wholemeal Bread
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
Thinly sliced cooked bacon can also be used instead of prosciutto.
1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Measuring cups, 2 Bowls, 1 Immersion blender, 1 Small bowl, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Fine-mesh sieve, 1 Small pot, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Hand mixer, 1 Kuppelform (1,25 l Inhalt) oder 6 small mold, 1 kleine Ladle
Cook the asparagus in boiling salted water for 4-5 minutes, , until just tender. Drain and rinse under cold running water. Drain on kitchen paper and allow to cool.
Place 4-5 asparagus spears on each lettuce leaf. Wrap a slice of prosciutto around the base of each bundle.
Brush the bread slices with oil. Heat a chargrill pan and cook the bread for 1 minute on each side or until toasted.
Place the asparagus parcels on the bread and garnish with chives and black pepper
