400 grams Broccoli

5 ripe Tomatoes
70 grams pitted, black Olives
600 grams potatoes
4 scallions
Fat (for the pan)
300 milliliters Whipped cream
4 eggs
100 grated Parmesan
freshly ground peppers
Nutmeg

Preparation
1.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F). Rinse the broccoli and blanch in boiling salt water for 2-3 minutes. Rinse the broccoli in cold water. Rinse the tomatoes, remove the stalks, blanch, peel and cut into slices.

Coarsely chop the olives. Peel the potatoes, rinse and cut into thin slices. Rinse the scallions, shake dry and cut into rings. Alternately layer the potatoes, broccoli and tomatoes in a greased baking dish.

Mix the cream, eggs and cheese. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Pour the cream over the vegetables. Sprinkle with the chopped olives and scallions. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
