Preparation steps

Set the grill to its highest setting. Cut each chop into three pieces, discard any bone and flatten the meat slightly with a meat hammer or rolling pin.

Heat the honey in a small pan and stir in the mustard and oil. Brush the meat on both sides with the honey mixture and grill for about 3 minutes on each side or until the meat is cooked through, basting
