100 grams Salmon (thinly sliced)

Preparation steps

1.

Boil 1 liter (approximately 4.2 cups) of water in a pot, water should be about 8 cm (approximately 3 inches high). Add vinegar and 1 teaspoon salt. Individually crack eggs into a cup and carefully slide into boiling water to poach. Cook for about 4 minutes. 

2.

Slice bread into strips and toast under a broiler until golden brown. Wrap slightly smoked salmon around toast. 

3.

Remove eggs with a slotted spoon. Plate, season with a little pepper and serve with toast sticks.
