Preparation steps

1.

Peel potatoes and cut into quarters. Peel carrots, leek and parsley root, cut into pieces. Place beef, vegetables, spices and thyme into boiling water.

2.

Reduce heat and simmer for about 30 minutes. Remove meat, let rest a little and cut into slices. Arrange vegetables on a platter, top with meat slices and rub with horseradish. Garnish with thyme sprigs and serve.
