- 1 kilogram Plum
- 500 grams jam sugar
- ½ tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch ground cloves
- 1 tsp lemon juice

Preparation steps
1.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F) convection.

Rinse the plums, pat dry and pit. Purée and then mix with the sugar, cinnamon, cloves and lemon juice in a roasting pan. Transfer to the oven and bake for about 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
