Preparation steps

1.

Rinse, trim, and chop the scallions. Rinse the chili, remove the seeds, and finely dice. Finely dice the pineapple. Rinse and peel the apples. Remove the core and finely dice.

Mix the scallions, chili, pineapple, and apple with the lemon juice and oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper, and let stand for 1 hour. Adjust the seasoning, if necessary, and serve.
