- 2 Tbsps cane sugar

Preparation

Thoroughly peel the pineapple. Remove the core and coarsely chop. Peel and quarter the apple. Remove the core and coarsely chop.

Peel and slice the banana. Place the fruit in a blender,then puree it with the wheat bran and the cane sugar. Add the milk and cream, and puree briefly to combine.

Pour into glasses, and serve.
