- 1 green chili pepper
- 1 sm handful cilantro
- 2 Tbsps fresh Lime juice
- salt

Preparation steps
1.
Peel onion and garlic, dice onion finely, chop garlic finely. Clean and wash tomatoes and chili pepper, remove seeds from tomatoes and dice finely, finely chop chili pepper.

Wash the cilantro, shake dry pluck leaves from stems (discard stems), and chop leaves. Mix all prepared ingredients in a bowl with lime juice and season pico de gallo with salt.
