Preparation steps

1.
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Add the chilli and garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add the basil leaves and gently wilt them in the oil.
2.
Add the chopped tomatoes and simmer for at least 10 minutes, until the sauce has thickened a little. Add salt and pepper to taste.
3.
Cook the pasta in boiling, salted water, according to the directions on the pack. Drain the pasta and stir in the tomato sauce.
4.
Garnish wiht basil.
