Preparation steps

1.

Divide chicken into eight parts, rinse, pat dry and season with salt and pepper. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a roasting pan and fry chicken on all sides until browned. Add 1 cup of water to the roasting pan and cook in a preheated 180°C (approximately 350°F) oven for 40 minutes.

2.

Peel onion and garlic and finely chop.

3.

Peel carrots and dice. Thaw peas. Rinse bell peppers, cut in half, remove seeds and ribs and cut into short strips.

4.

Braise onion and garlic in remaining butter, add carrots and bell peppers, stir, add 1/2 cup of water and simmer for 5 minutes over low heat. Then add peas and season with salt, pepper and cloves spice. Add everything to the roasting pan. Stir in cream, sprinkle with nuts and cook in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. To serve, arrange chicken on a plate and cover with vegetables and sauce. Peel eggs, cut into quarters and place on the plate.
