Preparation steps

1.

Cut an "X" in the base of each peach, blanch in boiling water, rinse and peel. Halve, pit and coarsely chop the peaches. Purée with the powdered sugar and lemon juice. Set 8 tablespoons aside and mix the remaining purée with the yogurt. Fill the popsicle molds with the peach-yogurt mixture, top with the reserved peach purée, add the popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours.
