Ingredients

- For the salad
- 6 Tomatoes (skinned, chopped into wedges)
- 2 small, white onions (sliced into rings)
- 1 handful Nasturtium (leaves, torn into small pieces if necessary)
- 1 handful young Chard leaf (leaves, torn into small pieces if necessary)
- 1 stalk Lemon balm (chopped leaves)
- 2 stalks Sage (chopped leaves)
- 4 Peaches (chopped)
- 1 handful Basil (leaves)
- For the apple cider dressing
- 4 Tbsps apple cider vinegar
- 4 Tbsps Canola oil
- 1 pinch sugar

Preparation steps
1.
Mix all the salad ingredients and arrange on plates.
2.
For the dressing, mix the vinegar with the oil, 1-2 tbsp water, sugar and a pinch of salt. Check the seasoning and drizzle over the salad to serve.
