- 400 grams frozen Peas
- salt
- 200 grams Surimi
- 1 small onion
- 1 bunch Dill
- 2 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar
- For the dressing
- 200 grams Sour cream
- 50 milliliters Whipped cream
- 3 Tbsps lemon juice
- salt
- white peppers
Preparation
1.
Thaw the peas. Cook in plenty of boiling salted water for 5 minutes. Slice the surimi. Peel and finely chop the onion. Rinse the dill, shake dry and coarsely chop. Place everything in a bowl and mix with the balsamic vinegar.

Mix the sour cream with the whipped cream. Pour over the pea mixture and season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
