4 Tbsps Sesame seeds roasted (black and white)
For the vinaigrette
3 Tbsps sesame oil
4 Tbsps White vinegar
3 Tbsps water
salt
white peppers
1 pinch sugar

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the peas and blanch for 1 minute in boiling salted water. Rinse under cold water and drain. Rinse the cucumber, halve lengthwise, and thinly slice.

Rinse the radishes. Leave 4 whole for garnish, and thinly slice the rest. Mix the radish, cucumber, and peas with the sesame seeds. Transfer the mixture to plates, and lightly sprinkle with salt.

3.

Place all the ingredients for the vinaigrette into a bowl, and whisk vigorously until combined. Season to taste before serving, then drizzle over the salad.

4.

Garnish the salad with the whole radishes.
