- 400 grams Wild asparagus
- 4 garlic cloves
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 75 milliliters dry white wine
- peppers
- 1 splash lemon juice
- 80 grams grated pecorino romano
Preparation

Cook pasta in salted water until al dente.

Rinse asparagus, drain and cut into 4-5 cm (approximately 1 1/2-2 inch) long pieces. Peel garlic and cut into thin slices. Saute in hot oil until golden brown. Add asparagus to pan and deglaze with wine. Cook until liquid is almost evaporated. Add lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Mix in drained pasta and half of cheese.

Serve sprinkled with remaining cheese.
