- 400 grams Tuna (sushi-grade)
- 4 Tbsps black Sesame seeds
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- 3 Limes
- 2 Tbsps butter
- 2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)

Preparation steps
1.
Cook the farfalle according to package directions in plenty of salted water until al dente.
2.
In the meantime, rinse the tuna, pat dry, roll in the sesame seeds and season with pepper. Saute in hot oil on all sides briefly. Remove and set aside.
3.
Remove the zest of half a lime, then peel thoroughly and cut into wedges.
4.
Saute the chile and garlic in the same pan, add the butter, lime wedges and zest. Add the drained pasta (with a little pasta water) and stir until the sauce is creamy. Season with salt and pepper, then arrange on plates.
