Ingredients

For the pasta
500 grams Tagliatelle
salt
6 Tomatoes
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
1 chili pepper
150 grams Bacon
3 Tbsps olive oil
100 milliliters dry white wine
freshly ground peppers
2 Tbsps freshly chopped Fresh herbs (basil and parsley)

Preparation steps

For the pasta, cook the tagliatelle in salted water until al dente.

Scald the tomatoes and peel. Quarter, core, and dice. Add the onion and garlic. Peel and finely chop. Rinse the chili, cut in half, and finely chop. Cut the bacon into strips and sauté with the garlic, onion, and chilies in hot oil for 2-3 minutes. Deglaze with the white wine. Add the tomatoes and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add the chopped herbs.

Distribute the drained pasta on plates and spoon the sauce over the pasta.

Garnish with fresh herbs and serve warm.
