2 shallots
1 red chili pepper
150 grams Bacon (sliced)
2 Tbsps olive oil
150 grams Feta

Preparation steps

1.

Cook the farfalle in boiling salt water until al dente. Rinse and drain the spinach.

2.

Peel, halve and slice the shallot. Rinse and chop the chile.

3.

Cut the bacon into pieces and fry in hot oil until crispy. Remove the bacon from the pan and use the bacon grease to fry the shallots until golden brown. Add the chile and saute briefly.

4.

Add the spinach and bacon. Add the drained noodles (possibly with a little pasta water). Crumble the feta cheese and season with salt and pepper. Serve in bowls.
