- 500 grams Porcini mushroom
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 parsley
- 500 Egg noodle
- salt
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 4 Tbsps lemon juice
- Freshly ground peppers
- 2 Tbsps butter
Preparation

Rinse mushrooms and cut into slices. Peel garlic and chop finely. Rinse parsley, shake dry and chop finely.

Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Pour oil into a hot pan and sauté mushrooms for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until light brown. Add garlic, mix and cook for a few minutes. Deglaze pan with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Drain pasta. Mix pasta, mushrooms, parsley and butter and toss together. Season to taste and serve immediately.
