- 500 grams Spaghetti
- 8 Tbsps German Caviar (such as lumpfish roe)
- butter
- salt (and)
- freshly ground peppers
- Crème fraiche

Preparation steps
1.
Cook the spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain (saving some of the cooking water) and mix with 1 tablespoon of butter and 2-3 tablespoons of cooking water.

Season with pepper, then arrange in a warmed shallow bowl. Top with 2 tablespoons of caviar and 1 tablespoon creme fraiche and serve immediately.
