- 500 grams Spaghetti
- salt
- 300 grams Broccoli
- 1 garlic clove
- 200 grams Cherry tomatoes
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 200 grams Tuna (canned)
- freshly ground peppers
- 8 Basil (for garnish)
- 70 grams Parmesan (for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Boil spaghetti in a pot of salted water until al dente. Rinse broccoli and cook along with spaghetti in the pot for the last 5 minutes of cooking time.

Peel garlic and chop finely. Rinse tomatoes, drain and cut in half. Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic briefly. Add tomatoes. Drain pasta and add to the pan. Drain tuna, pull apart with a fork, mix gently and season with salt and pepper. Arrange pasta mixture on a plate and cover with tuna. Serve garnished with basil and grate Parmeson and season with freshly ground pepper if desired.
