400 grams young, green Beans

1 Tbsp vegetable oil
100 milliliters Vegetable broth
150 milliliters Whipped cream
80 grams freshly grated Parmesan
freshly ground peppers
2 Tbsps coarsely chopped parsley

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and trim the beans and blanch for about 6 minutes in salted water. Rinse cold, drain well and cut into 3-4 cm long pieces (approximately 1 1/2 inches).

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.

Peel and finely chop the onion and sauté in some oil. Deglaze with the broth and the cream and simmer for 4-5 minutes until slightly creamy. Add the beans to the sauce and heat through. Stir in half the Parmesan and season with salt and pepper. Add the drained pasta, mix in the parsley and transfer to plates.

4.

Serve showered with the remaining Parmesan.
