300 grams Snow peas
2 Tbsps butter
250 milliliters Vegetable broth
salt

350 grams Tagliatelle
250 grams Smoked salmon (sliced)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the asparagus and snow peas, drain and trim. Cut the asparagus into pieces.

2.

Heat the butter in a pan. Briefly sauté the vegetables, pour in the broth and cook the vegetables, covered, over medium heat 10 minutes or until crisp-tender. Season with salt and pepper.

3.

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente.

4.

Cut the salmon into wide strips and mix with the drained tagliatelle and vegetables. Garnish with basil leaves.

5.

Serve with jarred pesto, if desired.
