1 bunch Arugula (30 grams)
400 grams fresh button Mushroom
2 garlic cloves
2 Tbsps olive oil
1 Tbsp Mustard seed
200 milliliters Whipped cream
1 Tbsp medium heat Mustard
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

1.

Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Rinse and spin dry arugula. Clean mushrooms and cut into thin slices. Peel garlic and chop finely.

2.

Heat oil in a pan, saute garlic and mustard seeds for 1-2 minutes, add mushrooms and cook until mushroom liquid has evaporated. Add cream. mustard and season with salt and pepper.

3.

 Drain pasta and mix with arugula and mushroom sauce. Place in warmed plates and serve immediately.
