- 1 bunch Arugula
- 1 shallot
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 red chili pepper
- 2 Tbsps small Caper
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 400 grams Spaghetti
- 6 Tbsps olive oil
- 75 grams grated Parmesan

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse arugula, drain and tear smaller as needed. Peel shallot and garlic and finely chop. Rinse the chile, slit lengthwise, remove seeds and cut into thin rings.

Cook spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente.

Sauté shallot in a wide pan in olive oil over medium heat until translucent. Add garlic and chile and cook briefly.
4.
Drain spaghetti, catching about 1 cup of the cooking water. Add spaghetti with arugula into the pot and pour in a little cooking water. Add the capers and season with salt and pepper. Mix everything well and serve garnished with Parmesan.
