- 400 grams Farfalle (pasta)
- salt
- 2 small Zucchini
- 500 grams Tomatoes
- 40 grams Walnut
- 1 handful Basil
- 5 Tbsps White vinegar
- 50 milliliters olive oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- shaved Parmesan (for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Cook pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente, according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Let drain well. Rinse, trim and finely chop zucchini. Rinse, core, halve and remove seeds from tomatoes. Cut flesh into cubes.

Chop walnuts. Rinse basil, shake dry and cut leaves into thin strips. In a bowl, toss pasta, zucchini and walnuts with vinegar and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and let marinate about 30 minutes.
3.
Mix in tomatoes and basil and serve salad garnished with shaved Parmesan.
