- 300 grams cooked green Pasta
- 2 red Bell pepper
- 2 packets Mozzarella
- 1 bunch Basil (large)
- 1 ½ Tbsps balsamic vinegar
- 6 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
Preparation
1.
Cut bell peppers in half, remove the cores, rinse and cut into chunks. Drain mozzarella and coarsely chop. Rinse the basil and cut into strips. Mix vinegar with oil and season with salt and pepper. Mix pasta with bell peppers, mozzarella and basil and mix with the dressing.

Allow to marinate for ½ hour in the refrigerator and garnish with basil leaves before serving.
