2 cloves garlic cloves
7 ozs fresh Italian sausage
6 ozs fresh Porcini mushroom

7 ozs Whipped cream
3 ozs Parmesan (finely grated)

Preparation
1.

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the package directions until al dente. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Remove the sausage from the casings, and coarsely crumble. Clean and finely dice the mushrooms.

Heat the oil in a saucepan. Sauté the garlic and the sausage, until the meat is cooked through, and crumbles freely. Add the mushrooms, and sauté briefly. Mix in the cream, and bring to a boil. Stir in the cheese, then season to taste with salt and pepper. Drain the pasta, add to the pan, and toss until combined. Place on warmed plates, sprinkle with the shaved truffles, and serve immediately.
