- 150 grams Pastry flour
- 200 milliliters milk
- 1 pinch cinnamon (as desired)
- 3 Tbsps sugar
- 4 eggs (separated)
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 Apple
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
Preparation
1.
Put flour in a bowl. Stir in milk, cinnamon, sugar and egg yolks. Beat egg whites with 1 pinch of salt until stiff and fold into flour mixture.

Rinse apples, peel, quarter and remove seeds. Cut into wedges and drizzle with lemon juice.

Heat oil in an ovenproof pan and pour batter into it. Spread apples immediately over it and cook over high heat for 1 minute. Reduce heat, cover and cook for 10-12 minutes or until batter is cooked and bottom is golden brown.

Serve to taste with vanilla sauce if desired.
