1 Tbsp freshly grated Horseradish
Sea salt
12 slices smoked Bacon
400 grams Cranberry
lemons (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Shuck the oysters and loosen the oysters from the shells. Whisk together the lemon juice and horseradish and season with a little salt. Add the oysters and let infuse for 1-2 minutes.

Fry the bacon in a frying pan until crispy. Drain on paper towels.

3.

Return the oysters to the half shells and garnish with bacon.

4.

Serve garnished with cranberries and lemon slices.

5.

Serve with dry white wine or a glass of champagne, if desired.
